Language & Additional Tests

The 5-Step Execution Plan

The complete chronological roadmap from document verification to your visa interview.

1

Academic Verification (APS)

Initiate your APS Certificate process immediately upon receiving your final transcripts. This is the foundational step for all applicants from required regions.

2

Program Shortlisting & uni-assist

Identify programs matching your profile. Submit your applications via the central uni-assist portal, which evaluates your qualifications against the German framework.

3

Admission Letter (Zulassungsbescheid)

Submit your SOP, LORs, transcripts, and IELTS scores. Upon successful faculty evaluation, you will receive your formal Admission Letter from the university.

4

The Blocked Account Funding

Transfer the required living expenses (~€11,208) to your certified German Blocked Account (e.g., Expatrio, Coracle) to satisfy visa financial regulations.

5

Health Insurance & Visa Interview

Procure valid German Health Insurance. Book your consular appointment, submit your complete dossier (APS, Admission Letter, Blocked Account confirmation), and attend the visa interview.
